White chocolate chip pecan cookies
Zubereitung
Preheat oven to 170°C degrees.
Line cookie sheets with foil.
In large mixing bowl, beat butter, brown and white sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla and eggs until blended. Beat 4 minutes more.
Beat in flour, salt and baking soda until well mixed.
Drop by tablespoons onto foil-lined cookie sheets and use glass or hand to flatten a little.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes. (Baking time varies with size of cookies; do not over bake or they will be hard when cool.)
Let stand 5 minutes, and then remove to wire racks to cool.
